1. Introduction
Welcome to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Prediction Contest (the "Contest") organized by Chittilappilly Square. By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Instagram Follower Requirement: Participation is open only to individuals who are active followers of the official Chittilappilly Square Instagram account (@chittilappilly_square) at the time of entry and winner draw. Non-followers or accounts that unfollow prior to prize distribution will be disqualified.
- One Entry Per Mobile Number: Each participant is allowed only one prediction submission per unique mobile number. Duplicate entries with the same mobile number will be automatically flagged and rejected by the system.
- Identity Verification: Winners will be required to verify their Identity (including their active Instagram account and phone number) to claim their prize.
3. Submission & Deadlines
- All predictions must be submitted through the official prediction wizard on the Contest website.
- The last date for submitting predictions is 25th June 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be evaluated.
- Entries must have all four prediction categories (Winning Team, Golden Ball, Golden Boot, and Golden Glove) completely and correctly filled out to be considered valid.
4. Winner Selection and Prizes
- Selection Process: Winners will be determined after the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 based on the accuracy of their predictions.
- Tie-Breaker: In the event that multiple eligible participants have correct predictions, Chittilappilly Square reserves the right to select final winners using a random lucky draw.
- Finality of Management Decisions: Chittilappilly Square Management's decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including but not limited to eligibility criteria verification, Instagram follower verification, prediction accuracy, verification of predictions against official FIFA reports, winner selection, tie-breaker mechanisms, and prize allocation/distribution, shall be final, absolute, and binding on all participants. No appeals, correspondence, inquiries, or disputes will be entertained or responded to under any circumstances.
- Prize Distribution: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products. Winners will be contacted directly via phone call or Instagram Direct Message (DM).
5. Amendments, Modifications & Right to Change
Chittilappilly Square reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, change, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Contest, its rules, entry deadlines, prediction categories, prize structures, or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability to the participants. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page or announced on Chittilappilly Square's official channels. It is the responsibility of the participants to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to remain informed of any updates.
6. Disqualification & Contest Integrity
Chittilappilly Square reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry at any stage if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has tampered with the entry process, submitted incomplete, fraudulent, or false details, registered multiple entries using different phone numbers or Instagram handles, or acted in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The use of automated tools, bots, script submissions, or duplicate identities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and voiding of all associated entries.
7. Data Privacy
By entering this contest, you consent to Chittilappilly Square collecting and processing your personal details (Full Name, Phone Number, and Instagram ID) exclusively for the purpose of managing the contest, verifying winners, and sending promotional updates regarding Chittilappilly Square's activities. Your data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Contest and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any conflicts, disputes, or legal claims arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.

- ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാം ഫോളോവർ നിബന്ധന: Chittilappilly Square-ന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാം പേജ് (@chittilappilly_square) ഫോളോ ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഈ മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളൂ. വിജയികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തോ അതിന് മുൻപോ അൺഫോളോ ചെയ്യുന്ന അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ മത്സരത്തിൽ നിന്നും അയോഗ്യരാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

- തിരിച്ചറിയൽ പരിശോധന: വിജയികളായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നവർ സമ്മാനം കൈപ്പറ്റുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് അവരുടെ ഇൻസ്റ്റാഗ്രാം പ്രൊഫൈലും ഫോൺ നമ്പറും ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകളും നൽകി വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

- വിജയിയാവാൻ 4 വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾക്കും (Winning Team, Golden Ball, Golden Boot, Golden Glove) പൂർണ്ണമായും ശരിയായ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
4. വിജയികളെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കലും സമ്മാനങ്ങളും
